In addition, Singasari Petroleum conducts FOB transactions, with current operational focus at Jurong Port, Singapore, and planned expansion of FOB activities in China and Fujairah. The company’s operations are supported by sustained demand from its established and recurring client base across Asia and other regions.
Singasari Petroleum Pte Ltd maintains working cooperation with reputable counterparties based in China, supporting the facilitation and development of trade in energy commodities. These activities include, but are not limited to, Diesel EN590, petroleum coke, LNG, crude oil, and related products, and are executed strictly on a transaction-specific basis in accordance with contractual terms and applicable regulations.
In addition to its trading activities, the company is involved in exploratory and joint development initiatives in Indonesia, including projects related to mini crude oil refining capacity and oil storage infrastructure. All such initiatives are currently in the planning and development stage and remain subject to feasibility assessments, regulatory approvals, and final investment decisions.
Singasari Petroleum operates on a trading-led business model, engaging exclusively in business-to-business transactions with qualified counterparties, including institutional buyers, mandates, and supply-side partners. The company does not operate as a retail seller and does not participate in unsolicited or speculative transaction structures.

Managing Director
Dr. (H.C.) James S.C. Goh is a seasoned business leader and entrepreneur from Singapore’s pioneer generation, with decades of experience in cross-border investments, enterprise development, and strategic advisory roles across Asia and the Pacific.
Over the course of his career, Dr. Goh has been actively involved in the establishment and expansion of businesses spanning manufacturing, commodities-related industries, infrastructure, and services. His early ventures included participation in industrial development projects in East Malaysia, followed by broader regional engagements in investment, tourism-related enterprises, and infrastructure initiatives across the Pacific region.
In addition to his entrepreneurial background, Dr. Goh has maintained long-standing advisory relationships with governmental and institutional stakeholders. He has served in advisory and representative capacities related to trade, economic development, and cross-border cooperation, supporting public- and private-sector initiatives in Asia and the Pacific.
Dr. Goh is widely regarded for his long-standing engagement with high-net-worth individuals, institutional stakeholders, and industry participants, and maintains professional relationships across the regional energy and industrial ecosystem, including with market participants connected to refining and downstream activities.
At Singasari Petroleum Pte Ltd, Dr. Goh’s role focuses on strategic leadership, corporate governance oversight, and stakeholder engagement. He provides direction on business positioning, long-term development, and alignment of the Company’s activities with regulatory, contractual, and compliance frameworks.
